Our Story
Create without Destroying.
The Rising Heights Foundation was born from the vision and dedication of four passionate professionals who recognized the critical need for specialized skills and knowledge in South Africa. Our founders come from diverse fields—Finance and Education, Banking and Facilities Management, Specialized Welding and Boilermaking, and Information Technology and Software Engineering. During the segregated Apartheid era, acquiring such specialized skills was exceptionally challenging, and even in today’s democratic landscape, poverty and inequality continue to limit access to quality education and professional training.
Motivated by these challenges, our team of four united with a common goal: to expand educational opportunities and vocational training across the nation. By leveraging our diverse expertise, we aim to empower individuals and communities, providing them with the tools and knowledge necessary to overcome barriers and achieve sustainable growth.
Our Core Team
Our foundation is led by a team of four seasoned professionals, each bringing a wealth of experience and expertise from their respective fields:
- Finance and Education Expert: Providing strategic financial planning and developing educational programs that address the unique needs of our beneficiaries.
- Banking and Facilities Management Specialist: Ensuring efficient management of our resources and facilities, facilitating smooth operation of our initiatives.
- Specialized Welding and Boilermaking Professional: Leading vocational training programs that equip individuals with essential technical skills for sustainable employment.
- Information Technology and Software Engineering Leader: Driving our digital transformation efforts, enhancing our educational tools, and expanding our outreach through innovative technology solutions.

At The Rising Heights Foundation, our mission is to “Elevate Education, Enrich the Earth”. We are committed to:
